The Seminole County Housing Authority owns and operates thirty rental units in the City of Oviedo.  The authority has 4 one bedroom units, 10 two bedroom units, 10 three bedroom units and   6 four bedroom units.  All units have central heat and air, ceiling fans, and mini blinds.  The complex has a picnic and play area also.

Families residing in the Villas must meet income eligibility guidelines.  Rent is based on 30% of a family’s adjusted income.  At present the authority is accepting applications but there is an approximate three year waiting list.
